Romeo Academic Advising

Academic advisors can help with any questions you have about your education, from which classes to take to how to apply for financial aid.

They also play a vital role in your educational success by helping you choose classes that are on track with your educational and career goals.

Services
Academic advising services include:

  • Scheduling your classes
  • Dropping and adding classes
  • Performing pre-graduation audits
  • Helping you select a major and establish a degree plan
  • Helping you determine the type of class schedule and format that best meets your needs
  • Evaluating transfer credits to see how they apply to your degree program
  • Monitoring course waiting lists to let you know if there is an opening in a closed class

Finding an Advisor
Each student is assigned an advisor upon admission to Davenport. Prospective students, and previous Davenport students interested in returning to Davenport, may also meet with an advisor.
